Tell us about the most challenging period in your life related to ADHD. How did you navigate it?”
being able to prepare myself like an astronaut training to speak in front of audience in a foreign language.
The key here was ANTICIPATION and baby steps: practice in front of the mirror, talking in front of my parents and then in front of friends. And to calm myself taking breathing deep.
Another challenge for me was dancing in front of classmates

For me it was when I realized doing physical exercise worked with me to have this hyperfocus system. And discipline of sport make me more organised to work better.
