Exclusions

Part B Auto - MedPay
limits $500 - $5000
Covered - Insured -Family memb in any motor or as pedestrian in territorial limt -passenger in your auto
Excluded
- Motorcycles
- Non - owned regulary furnished
- Use of auto without permision
Part C Auto (un motorist)
Covers their BI if other person does not have it
Basic Limit $20,000 or 10/20 (can reject or increase)

Florida Automobile insurance Cancellation Law
First 60 days
Company - any reason other than discrimination
Insured - Total loss, transfer, purchase mandatory elswhere
After 60
company - non payment, fraud/misrepresentation, suspended driver license or revoked
Insured - any reason
Notice - 10 days nonpayment 45 all other
renewal 45 days or 10 non pay
Florida No Fault Law
Applies only to BI for:
“Defined Motor Vehicles” (self prop, 4 wheels, require license include trailers and semi)
Exceptions - mobile homes, taxis/limo, gov owned more 5 person
PIP PIP PIP - is the coverage under no fault
PIP- is mandatory for all defined motors
Required to have ( family, residing relatives, non residents cars in FL 90days out of 365)
If Not - you lose exemption from tort liability and are personally liable for benefits under act, license suspended and car registration
PIP Personal Injury Protection
Covers
- Medical - 80% medical surgical , dental
- Disability - 60% loss of income, 100% household service (law guy)
- $5,000 Death Benefit
Limits
- $10,000 per person, per accident, in addition $5K death
- No limit per accident; reduces amount recoverable in tort
Deductible
$250, $500, $1000
Excludes yourself, family, self injury, commiting crimes, operating without owners consent
***Insured exempt from lawsuit in tort for non-economic loss; except SERIOSLY MESSED UP OTHER PERSON have to cross the THRESHOLD
***if hurt by someone who doesnt have to have it…sue freely
Financial Reponsibilty Law
If you mess up and dont have insurance you get FJUA Florida Joint Underwrting Association min 10/20/10 or max 100/300/50 because you are a dumb ass. DUI 100/300/50
***you might be forced to pay 10/20/10 when no insurance and in accident
