1- Clobetasol proprionate (Temovate) (Box warning) 0.05% Gel. Disp. 15 gram tube. Dry affected area and gently apply bid-tid. Refill 1
2-Dexamethasone elixir 0.5mg/5mL. Disp. 240 mL Rinse with 1 tsp for 3-4 minutes after meals and at bedtime and expectorate.
3- Fluocinonide (Lidex) (Box warning) 0.05% gel. Disp. 15 gram tube. Dry affected area and gently apply thin amount bid-tid Refill 1
What are some treatments for RAU?
Aphthasol, Dexammethasone, Temovate. KENOLOG 10 or 40. 1 mL of 10 or 0.25 mL of 40 for every cm of lesion.

Biopsy for confirmation and topical steroids.

1- Mycolog II which is triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% and nystatin 100,000 units/gram disp 15 gram tube and apply tid unti healing Refill 1. 2- Nystatin oral suspension 100,000 units/mL disp 240mL sig rinse with 1 tsp for 3-4 minutes qid and swallow Refill 1. 3-Clotrimazole troche 10 mg disp 50 sig take one tablet 5 times a day (let disolve in mouth) Refills 0.
