- Weakness, Sore mouth
- Paresthesia, Dyspnea, Pallor
- Beefy red tongue
- (+) Positive Romberg Test - loss of balance when eyes close)
- Gastric analysis: no intrinsic factors
- Schilling Test: urine test for B12 absorption (Positive results is less than 6-8% of the radioactive cobalamin in a 24hr time)
