  1. Weakness, Sore mouth
  2. Paresthesia, Dyspnea, Pallor
  3. Beefy red tongue
  4. (+) Positive Romberg Test - loss of balance when eyes close)
  5. Gastric analysis: no intrinsic factors
  6. Schilling Test: urine test for B12 absorption (Positive results is less than 6-8% of the radioactive cobalamin in a 24hr time)
