When you are facing this signal, stop at a marked limit line, if there is one, before entering a crosswalk or the intersection and remain stopped until the light turns green and you can proceed with reasonable safety. A right turn can be made against a red light after you come to a complete stop and yield to pedestrians and vehicles in your path. Do not turn if there is a NO TURN ON RED sign.
