A
- Localized- 1st molar and incisors and no more that 2 teeth other than M1 and I
- Generalized- at least 3 permanent teeth other than M1 and incisors

Chronic and aggressive Perio Tx
A
- OHI (1330)
- SRP of periodontally involved quadrants
- (4341) 4 or more teeth in a quad are involved
- (4342) 1-3 teeth in quad are involved
- Prophylaxis (1110) forquads that dont have periodontitis
- Prophylaxis and SRP of entire mouth within 1-2 weeks after initial periodontal therapy
- Perio re-eval 4-6 weeks after perio therapy
- Eval pocket depth, OH maintenance
- Immediate refferal for aggressive periodontits, mod and severe periodontits

Aggressive Periodontits general signs
A
- Except for prescence of periodontits patients are otherwise healthy
- Rapid attachment loss and bone destruction
- Familial aggregation
- Amounts of microbial deposits are inconsistent with the severity of perio tissue destruction
