• Prophylaxis (1110) forquads that dont have periodontitis
• Prophylaxis and SRP of entire mouth within 1-2 weeks after initial periodontal therapy
• Perio re-eval 4-6 weeks after perio therapy
  
  • Eval pocket depth, OH maintenance
• Immediate refferal for aggressive periodontits, mod and severe periodontits
