What are the properties of Metals?
Electrical conductors, high melting points, thermal conductors, shiny when polished, usually solids at room temp, high density, malleable, ductile, oxides are bases, hard and strong
What are the properties of non metals?
Electrical insulators, not malleable or ductile, dull, low melting points, thermal insulators, low density, solids liquids and gases at room temp, oxides are acids, brittle
