What are signs of being sinus tachycardia?

A

Some patients might be asymptomatic. Other symptoms include increased heart rate, SOB, fatigue, decreased BP, decreased 02, orthopnea. You should also assess for cerebral and renal perfusion (check urine output), anginal pain and palpitations
