What is the definition of Mobility?

Muscular power.
What is the definition of Flexibility?
The range of movement in your joints (involving muscles, tendons and ligaments).
What is the definition of Extension?
Lengthening one or more muscles or limbs.
What is the definition of Control?
The ability to start and stop movement, change direction and hold a shape efficiently.
What is the definition of Balance?
A steady or held position achieved by an even distribution of weight.
What is the definition of Coordination?
The efficient combination of body parts.

Correct placement of body parts in relation to each other.

The ways in which dancers interact; the connection between dancers.
What is the definition of Timing Content?
The use of time or counts when matching movements to sound and/or other dancers.

Repeated patterns of sound or movement.
