Gathering General Chrome Logs
On the affected device, enter chrome://network in the address bar.
At the top, click Network logs.
Under Options, select the following checkbox options:
Include a policies.json file with policy configurations
Include all log files collected by debugd as a separate archive
Include Chrome log files in the archive
Click Store system logs.

Gathering Chrome network Logs
On the affected device, enter chrome://network in the address bar.
At the top, click Network logs.
Under Network debugging, select the correct debug mode.
Open a new tab and reproduce the issue.
Once completed, go back to the original tab.
Under Options, select the following checkbox options:
Include the system_logs.txt file sent in feedback reports
Include all log files collected by debugd as a separate archive
(Optional) Under Options, select additional checkbox options, if needed.
Click Store System Logs.

Disableing devices
Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an administrator account, not your current account Farhaan.Ali28@gmail.com
In the Admin console, go to Menu ““and then”” Devicesand thenChromeand thenDevices.
At the top, use the filter to select the current status of the device that you want to disable. See Device status view in Admin console for details.
To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.
Check the box next to the device that you want to disable.
At the top, click Disable selected devices Disable devices.
Choose an option:
Disable with lock screen to block any use of the device until it's enabled again—Users can’t sign in or use devices until you re-enable them in the Admin console. Disable with factory reset to block any use of the device and remove all data including user profiles, device policies, and enrollment data—With forced re-enrollment turned on, users can’t sign in or use devices until you re-enable them in the Admin console. If forced re-enrollment is turned off, users can use devices without re-enrolling them into your account.
Click Disable.
Deprovisioning devices
Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an administrator account,
In the Admin console, go to Menu ““and then”” Devicesand thenChromeand thenDevices.
At the top, use the filter to select the current status of the device that you want to deprovision. For details, see Device status view in Admin console.
To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.
Check the box next to the device that you want to deprovision.
Note: If you’re deprovisioning multiple devices for different reasons, deprovision them in groups, depending on the reason.
At the top, click Deprovision selected devices””.
Specify whether devices automatically factory reset. Choose an option:
Yes, factory reset to remove all data including user profiles, device policies, and enrollment data. No, keep existing data and user profiles.
Check the box to confirm that you understand the actions to re-enroll a device.
Select your deprovisioning reason. See the table below for guidelines.
Note: If there are annual upgrades on the account, or if all devices selected are Chrome Enterprise devices, you do not have to select any deprovisioning reason. For more details, see About Chrome Enterprise devices.
Click Deprovision.
Moving organizational units
Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an administrator account,
In the Admin console, go to Menu ““and then”” Devicesand thenChromeand thenDevices.
On the left, click the organizational unit the device is in.
Tip: If you don’t know which organizational unit a device is in, you can search by device serial number or user. For details, go to Search for devices.
Check the box next to the device you want to move.
At the top, click Move.
Choose the organization that you want to move the device to.
Click Move.
Performing remote desktop duties
Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an administrator account,
From the Admin console Home page, go to Menu ““and then”” Devicesand thenChromeand thenDevices.
Click the serial number of device that you want to remotely access.
On the left, click Remote Desktop.
Note: For user or managed guest session devices, the end user must accept the connection request.
(For kiosk devices only) If the device is currently being used or was used in the last 5 minutes, you’ll see a warning for privacy reasons. Choose an option:
To cancel the remote session and return to the Chrome devices page, click Cancel. To start the remote session on a new page, click Connect Anyway. When the remote session is connected, you’ll see Connected at the bottom of the screen.
To open the remote session in a new window, click Open.
Taking screenshots
If your Chromebook has it, press the Screenshot key .
If your Chromebook doesn’t have a Screenshot key , press Shift + Ctrl + Show windows .
If your external keyboard doesn’t have a Show windows key , press Ctrl + Shift + F5.
In the menu at the bottom, select Screenshot .
Select an option:
Take a full screen screenshot .
Take a partial screenshot .
Take a window screenshot .
Taking screen recording
Press Shift + Ctrl + Show windows .
In the menu at the bottom, select Screen record .
Select an option:
Record the full screen .
Record a partial screen .
Record a window .
To stop recording, at the bottom right, select Stop recording .
Resetting user profiles
Creating Zero-Touch Enrollment tokens
Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an administrator account,
From the Admin console Home page, go to Menu ““and then”” Devicesand thenChromeand thenDevices.
(Optional) On the left, select the top-level organization. Or, select the organizational unit where you want to generate a pre-provisioning token that will enroll devices directly to that specific organizational unit. For information, see Add an organizational unit.
At the top, click Enroll.
Under Zero-touch enrollment, click Generate Token.
A pre-provisioning token is generated. You can choose to:
Copy pre-provisioning token to clipboard "" Revoke token "" Revoke and regenerate token ""
Click Done.
