What are the congenital causes of prolonged QT?

What are the drug causes of prolonged QT?
Amiodarone, sotalol, class 1a antiarrhtyhmic drugs, TCAs, SSRIs, methadone, chloroquine, terfenadine, erythromycin, haloperidol, ondansetron
What are the electrolyte causes of prolonged QT?
Hypocalcaemia, hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia
How is high risk long QT syndrome managed?
Implantable cardioverter defibrillators, B-blockers
What should all patients be given post STEMI?
Aspirin, P2Y12-receptor antagonist like clopidogrel
