A percentage multiplier is a number used to work out out a percentage increase for or decrease of an amount.
35% into decimal

Increase 200 by 35%
Multiplier - 200 x 1.35
Calculation - 200 x 1.35 = 270
Decrease 50 by 25%
Multiplier - 50 x 0.75
Calculation - 50 x 0.75 = 37.5
Decrease 180 by 12%
Multiplier - 180 x 0.88
Calculation - 180 x 0.88 = 158.4
Increase 80 by adding 3%
Multiplier - 80 x 1.03
Calculation - 80 x 1.03 = 82.4

Asos - £35 x 0.85 =£29.75
ZARA - £42 x 0.72 =£30.24
