how do you motivate staff without offering extra money

A

JOB SHARING
share the hours and responsiblity for the one job
FLEXITIME
they have control over when they come and go from work as long as you complete the amount of hours required
TELEWORKING
means they can complete the work online from home this is good because it fits in with busy family life
CONDENSED HOURS
instead of doing 8hrs a day they could do 10 and get a frifday off, so they still complete the same amount of hours just over fewer days
