Howie Rodenstein - Howie Rodenstein served for the past 15 years as CFO of Adheris Inc. a pharmaceutical information services company that he grew from a start-up to its sale for $100 million to inVentiv Health. He earned an MBA with Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.

Weldon Turner - previously a senior product manager at RCS Solar, a leading supplier of solar power plants in Europe, Africa and Israel. From 1994 to 1999, Weldon was the Director of International Equity Sales/Trading at Credit Suisse in New York, and from 1985 to 1992 he was a V.P. of Equity Sales/Trading at Salomon Brother in New York. Mr. Turner has been on the Board of Advisors of Thorium Power Company and Portofino Equity Advisors.

Chaim Motzen - Chaim is developing the largest solar PV field in East Africa, an 8.5 MW plant in Rwanda. He is a former consultant at McKinsey & Company. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

David M. Herskovits - David, an entrepreneur and environmental activist, was VP of International Business Development for Energiya Global in Israel prior to establishing Energiya USA. David holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from The Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University.

Michael Fichtenberg - handles finance for both corporate and project finance needs.M started his professional career as an entrepreneur in the construction materials business in NYC, where he founded and operated his company in custom materials servicing high-rise buildings in Manhattan. Deciding to move into the clean technology sector, Michael worked at an insurance company at their renewable energy desk, where he dealt with private wealth management, clean technology start-ups, and acquisition/sale of operating solar fields. Joining the Arava Power Company in 2011, Michael worked under the CFO and assisted in raising the debt and equity for 100 mw of solar PV, and the construction and commissioning of Israel’s first medium sized PV field. Michael holds degrees in Finance and Information Technology.

Aryeh Green - Aryeh is director ex officio of MediaCentral, and has been a consultant and executive for various publicly-traded companies, including Pfizer and MotoGuzzi. An expert in Middle Eastern affairs and media issues, Aryeh has served as a senior advisor to minister Natan Sharansky in the Israeli Prime Minister’s office. He is a well-known international speaker and has been a leading advocate and activist for freedom and democracy for two decades. He holds masters degrees in business and international relations.

Sara Halevi - As Director of Communications, Sara brings a wide range of abilities and talent to benefit Energiya Global. A background in journalism, theater and psychology, Sara has gained experience over the last 25 years as a recognized leader in strategic communication, excelling in web visibility strategy, writing, branding and multimedia design. She is a published author who facilitates workshops and presentations on communication techniques both in Israel and abroad. Sara holds a BA cum laude from Brandeis University and an MA from John F. Kennedy University.

Chagai Stern - Chagai is an international businessman with years of experience in both commercial and non-profit sectors. He served as a general consultant for CDI (Centrum Development and Investment), one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Poland and as an international consultant for EMF (Empik, Media and Fashion), the largest non-food retail company in central and eastern Europe. Chagai holds a BA in Economy and Logistics a Masters in Law and teaches at Bar Ilan University’s “Entrepreneurship and Law” for the Executive L.L.M. program.

Shoshi Harari - has over 20 years of experience working in businesses and nonprofit organizations as solo book keeper. She holds a BA in Business Management from Touro College in Jerusalem.
Office Manager
Eli Rapp - Eli has worked in sales and customer service for a Jerusalem restaurant chain. He volunteers in a number of projects, including “Kids of the Night”, an outreach program for troubled youth in Jerusalem. Eli served in the Golani Brigade of the IDF and is completing his B.A. in Business Management & Technology Marketing at the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Jennifer Posen - Jennifer brings over fifteen years of executive and corporate management experience as well as a BBA in Finance experience to her role as assistant to Yosef Abramowitz.

Sari Miller - Sari is the First Angel Investor in: LeapFrog Investments, Grassroots Business Fund, Purpose.com and Switch & Data (now part of Equinix). She sits on the board of Digital Divide Data. She led the team that sold a company to AIG, in which she was a Partner, EVP and CFO, and founded an insurance company that became publicly traded. She received her BA from Barnard and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Joel Abrams - Joel is based in Paris and has been working to spearhead the introduction of large-scale solar facilities in the Nigerian Energy sector. Joel specializes in development finance. He is a founding partner of Ibex Capital Partners and has had significant experience working and living in West and Central Africa.
Joel holds a BA fromUCL and a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics.

Alex Goldberg - Alex is a native of Mexico City and has a background in marketing and corporate image branding. Alex manages projects in Turkey, and his artistic business perspective is instrumental in creating and guiding the company’s vision. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from the University of Texas at Austin and attended Stanford Business School.
