Ammonite a room for him to stay in and when Nehemiah found this out he threw
all of Tobiah’s belongings out.

deposed. Raised by her cousin Mordecai and stayed with Mordecai when Cyrus gave permission for the exiles to return to Jerusalem. She saved the Jewish people
by risking her life to tell the King she was a Jew and pleaded to
the King to save her people.
Mordecai
Cousin of Esther who adopted her and raised her. After
refusing to bow down or pay Haman honor, Haman became indignant with him and set
out to have all the Jews annihilated. Found out about Haman’s plot and
told Esther and the Jews were saved from the annihilation. Mordecai was
raised to a high rank and Haman was executed on the gallows that he had wanted
to execute Mordecai in.
Hegai
King’s eunuch who was in charge of the King’s harem.
Bigthana and Teresh
Two of the king’s officers that guarded the doorway. Plotted to kill King Xerxes but Mordecai found out and told Esther, who in turn told the
King.
Job
A man from the land of Uz who was known for his integrity, wealth, honors,
and happiness. God said he was “blameless and upright” three times in the first two chapters of Job. God allowed him to be tempted by Satan and go through trials. After losing his family, friends, property, wealth and health he
still did not curse God. He is noted in the book of James as a great example of someone that undergoes suffering and after perseverance is blessed by God. “The Lord blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former part…” Job 42:12
