A diamond
Can but a number in the diamond if there are multiples

Single individual line with a split to two different symbols
Symbol for monozygotic twins?
Single individual line with a split to two different symbols. Make a triangle at the splitting point.
Symbol for twins with zygosity unknown?
Question mark at the split in the individual line
