10-20 kg: 1000 ml + 50 ml/kg for each additional kg between 10 to 20 kg
20 kg: 1500 ml + 20 ml/kg for each additional kg over 20 kg

Infants: >2-3 ml/kg/hr
Preschoolers and young school-aged children: >1-2 ml/kg/hr
School-aged children and adolescents:
0.5-1 ml/kg/hr
