Hyperkalemia: CaCl, NaHCO3, Glucose + Insulin, Albuterol

A

Tension pneumothorax: Needle decompression
Tamponade, cardiac: Pericardiocentesis
Toxins (Dig? B block? Ca block? TCA?)
Thrombosis, lung?: Fibrinolytics, Embolectomy
Thrombosis, heart
