this is about inspiring, energising and empowering young women to be more active regardless of ethnicity, size or ability. they provide support through social media.
AFL kickstart
the kick-start program provides development opportunities, they are taught about the values of education and a healthy lifestyles. they have camps and can get selected too represent Victoria.
Doncaster all abilities basketball comp
give people with disability an opportunity to develop greater strength skills, make new friends and learn about teamwork. they get students to participate in basketball games.
five for 10
supports active lifestyles through participation in modified recreational sport. they do this by giving them sports like soccer, basketball, rowing, golf ect

give kids good habits and knowledge at a young age. they do this by getting AFL players do help train them sometimes.
