What is the definition of power?
Power= speed x strength
What is the definition of strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.
What is the definition of speed?
The amount of time it takes to perform a particular action or cover a particular distance.
What is the definition of muscular endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles many times without tiring.
What is the definition of cardiovascular fitness?
The ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time without tiring.
What is the definition of co-ordination?
The ability to use 2 or more body parts together.
What is the definition of balance?
The ability to retain the body’s centre of mass above the bass of support.
What is the definition of flexibility?
The range of movement at a joint.
What is the definition of body composition?
The relative ratio of fat mass to fat free mass in the body.
What is the definition of agility?
The ability to change the position of the body quickly while maintaining control of the movement.
What is the definition of reaction time?
The time it takes to respond to a stimulus.
