Agility definition
Agility is the ability to move and change direction quickly, at speed, while maintaining control.
Balance
Balance is the ability to to keep the body stable by maintaining the centre of the mass over the base of support.
Cardiovascular endurance
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the working muscles.
Coordination
Coordination is the ability to use two or more different parts of the body together, smoothly and efficiently.
Muscular endurance
Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or a muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue.
Power
Power is the ability to exert force in the shortest period of time
Reaction time
Reaction time is the time to start responding to a stimulus; the time between the initial stimulus.
Strength
Strength is the ability to overcome resistance.
Speed
Speed is the maximum rate an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a period of distance.
Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the range of movement possible at a joint.
