Where do you start serving when the score is 0-0?
Start on the right side.

Score is said by saying the serving team’s points first followed by the opponents team’s points.

The score dictates which side the server serves from based on whether it is even or odd.
What is the rule regarding hitting the birdie after the serve?
After the serve, all alleys are considered in and only one hit per side is allowed.
What is prohibited during play for safety?
Students are not allowed to run into or touch the nets/ropes attached to the nets.
What happens if a student hits the ground or another student’s racquet?
They may volunteer for 5 push ups rather than lose points.
What does having integrity mean in this context?
Having integrity means doing the right thing regardless if you think someone is watching.
What happens at the end of every rally?
One of the teams will receive a point.
How often do substitutes rotate in?
Subs rotate in every 3 points regardless of which team scores.
