Emotional Wellness

sound decisions, identify
problems and find solutions
(common sense, creativity,
curiosity)
Intellectual Wellness
To develop a set of beliefs, principles, or values that give meaning or purpose to your life; to develop faith in something beyond yourself (religious faith, service to others)
Spiritual Wellness
To develop and maintain meaningful
relationship with a network of
friends and family members and to
contribute to the community
(friendly, good – natured,
compassionate, supportive, good
listener)
Interpersonal Wellness
To protect yourself from
environmental hazards, and to
minimize the negative impact of
your behavior on the environment
(carpools, recycling)
Environmental Wellness
A sense of satisfaction with
your choice of employment. It
involves balancing work and
leisure time, building
relationships with coworkers,
and managing workplace
stress.
