What is Osseous dysplasia?
Periapical lesions formed by replacement of bone with abnormal tissue
Goes through radiolucent -> mixed density -> radiopaque
What is periapical condensing osteitis?
Increased bone density via inflammation
Radiopaque at apex - similar to idiopathic osteosclerosis
