Academic departments
Lowercase except for words that are proper nouns or adjectives: the department of history , the history department, dont abbreviate department
Academic degrees
Avoid abbreviation and use instead a phrase such as: John Jones, who has a doctorate in Phycology.
Apostrophe in bachelor’s degree, a master’s, etc.
Use abbreviations as A.A., A.S., B.A., M.A., LL.D., and Ph.D., only wen you need to identify many people by degree; use abbrevations only after a full name and use commas

Abbreviate: Ave., Blvd. and St. Only with a numbered adress, capitalize wen there isnt a adress number: Pennsylvania Avenue. Lowercase and spell out wen use alone or with more than one street name. spell out and capitalize First-Ninth when used as street names. 10th and above use two letter

Always use figures for people and animals, 15 years old, 5-years-old, 30s

Lowercase, with periods. Noon and midnight stand alone
