-due to air trapping by LOSS of recoil
how is COPD diagnosed?
bronchodilator response
-positive test if improvement PFTs by 12% or 200cc
what is a normal HR?
60-100 bpm
-brady and tachycardia are on either ends of that
how long should the PR interval be?
- 2, first degree block
- if progressive, second degree
- if no association between p wave and QRS complex, third degree block
QRS complex, how long should it be?
< 0.12
What does QT prolongation increase our risk for?
