What does it mean by waste in a system?
Wasted time, money, human resources and material
Also an inefficient system
What are the types of waste?
Type 1 - can be removed straight away with no consequence on work
Type 2 - has to be designed out of the work
Type 3 - cant be removed as it relates to policy or legislation
What are two types of capability measures?
Leading & lagging

What is PCC lone working policy?
Ensure your outlook calendar is up to date with times and locations
Ensure databse has an appointment
Your phone is on and used for communication of when entering and leaving site
Refer back to any training for significant risks such as working at height
What should you do if you recieve a gift from MJ or Comserv?
Best practice to decline gifts, if you do accept gain consent from manager first.
Even if declined or accepted all gifts must be registers on the gifts and hospitality register
When have you used PLAN?
If i was completing an EPC and inspecting the roof insulation, i would use it to help decide if it is worth installing more.
Say if there was 50mm it would be worth it but 200mm but not be.
