AHA- gentle exfoliant. breaks down the desmosomes (glue that holds cells together) so dead cells can more easily exfoliate.
Hydrator- natural part of the skins NMF (so great because the body recognizes it)

What does Gluconolactone do in the NoPeel Peel?
PHA (PHA’s are similar to AHA’s but they’re a more gentle exfoliant bc it’s a bigger molecule)

AHAs- more attracted to water
BHAs- more attracted to water (why they’re used in acne treatments)
