- 30% from pharmaceutical care

How to restore name after not renewing PC for more than 5 years?

A
  • pass SPC examinations
  • fulfill CPE requirements (25 points in 12 months, min 8 points pharmaceutical care)
  • support of certificate of good standing in last country of practice (if applicable)
  • certified by medical practitioner that fit to practice (if stopped due to health reasons)
