Report: vitals, any change in condition, urine output, edema, ecchymosis
Orders: O2, cardiac monitoring, urinalysis, urine electrolyte/osmolarity, creatinine, mag, angiogram, renal scan, bleeding time, BUN, daily weights, IV fluids, kidney ultrasound
MEDS: insulin/glucose or kayexelate for hyperkalemia, IV fluids
