What do we know about interview?

A

2 week process (Compensation 1 Prof)

  • Phone
  • Office one week later (30min w/hiring manager, 30 min with two team members)

In Person interview was very casual. Heard soon after, negotiated offer, came to a resolution and accepted, started soon after.

Questions mostly about past work experience, working style, etc.
