What is in each phase of a DUI

A

•Vehicle in motion - Swerving, abruptly stopping, without headlights, straddling lines or curbs, weaving.
•Initial contact - Smell, glossy eyes, slurred speech, slow reactions, visible bottles, if they hand the wrong card
•Pre-apprehention screening - Failed the SFSTs, blows a .08 or higher for the PBT and intox

A

Notify BDOC of your vehicle, location, starting mileage, starting time, and destination upon completion. When patrol is finished, the transport, notify BDOC of the termination time, location, and mileage.

•Let them know that they have 24hrs or next duty day to notify 1st shirt or commander of the ticket.
•If they wish a rebuttal against the ticket, they must report to bldg 35 with their supervisor in 5 duty days.
