cannot be used with patient with arthritis
used for rectal and vaginal. nakatuwad, bent na nakadapa, parang dog style

nakasupine sa kama pero yung kama parang naka tiwarik; greys anatomy clue teddy altman
Trendelenburg
useful when assessing patient with hip pathology, arthritis or bursitis
