What type of patient should I be looking for (caregiver/pt)?
A
-Pt who is 4-17 years of age and has a clinical diagnosis of peanut allergy
Other things to consider:
- Motivated patients and caregivers who are determined to complete the program
- Tight family unit: hypervigilant in protecting against accidental exposure
- Anxious and concerned: accidental exposure to peanut is always on their mind.

How do you dose Palforzia?
A
Palforzia consist of 3 dosing phases(Initial Dose Escalation, Up Dosing and Maintenance)
IDE Phase: pt given doses of .5mg, 1mg,1.5mg,2mg, 2.5mg and 3mg
