10+ = 325 to 650mg/500-1000mg

3 days - 10 years = 10-15mg/kg (max 325mg)

repeat every 4 hours

for mild pain/fever

contraindications: liver failure/allergy

contraindications: pregnancy/allergy
bronchospasm
active bleeding
end stage renal failure
