Absolute contraindication
AAA, acute muscle spasm, C1-2 instability, bone tumor, cancer, cauda equina syndrome, dislocation, fx, hypermobility, inflammatory arthridities (RA, AS), leukemia, lymphoma, myelopathy, osteomyelitis, osteogenesis imperfecta, LCP disease, radiculopathy w/atrophy or severe muscle weakness, undiagnosed pain, VBAI (diplopia, dizziness, drop attacks, dysarthria, ataxia, nausea, dysphagia, numbness, nystagmus)
Relative contraindication
Anticoagulants (Warfarin, Coumadin), DM, Ehlers-Danlos, Fibrous dysplasia, spinal canal stenosis, osteoporosis, pregnancy, spondylolisthesis, syringomyelia
Side effects of a chiropractic adjustment:
Local discomfort in area of treatment, fatigue, headache, nausea, dizziness

Celiac: GF diet

HTN: Avoid excess salt
Obesity: Smaller portions of low fat, high protein and low carbs
Urinary stones: avoid dark green leafs
