Bleeding risk due to less clotting factors

End stage liver disease caused by Hep or chronic liver disease. All due to inflammation
Consequences of cirrhosis
Failure due to not enough liver tissue to break down
Portal hypertension due to high blood vessels, become abnormal and nodular
ascites: due to less albumin
What are the big causes of liver cancer (Hepatocellular cancer)
Hep B and C
