Acute Fibrinous percarditis
There is non suppurative inflammation in the pericardium casuing fibirn depostion between them The Visceral pericardiam appearance: Yellowish white shaggy opaque thick fibrnious esxudate
ولقد كنت في حلاوة طلبي العلم ألقى من الشدائد ما هو عندي أحلى من العسل لأجل ما أطلب وأرجو
Acute fibrinous percarditis is called
Bread and butter
due to depsotion of fibrin between the two layers
كنت زمان الصبا آخذ معي أرغفة يابسة فأخرج في طلب الحديث، وأقعد على نهر عيسى فلا أقدر على أكلها إلا عند الماء. فكلما أكلت لقمة شربت عليها، وعين همتي لا ترى إلا لذة تحصيل العلم ابن الجوزي
Traumatic fibrinous pericarditis
This due to broken needle + congestion (hypermia ) visceral layer appear yellowish white shaggy opaque thick fibrnious exudate
فأثمر ذلك عندي أني عرفت بكثرة سماعي لحديث الرسول ﷺ وأحواله وآدابه، وأحوال أصحابه وتابعيهم، فصرت في معرفة طريقه كابن أجود. وأثمر ذلك عندي من المعاملة ما لا يدري بالعلم، حتى أنني أذكر في زمان الصبوة ووقت الغلمة والعزبة قدرتي على أشياء كانت النفس تتوق إليها توقان العطشان إلى الماء الزلال، ولم يمنعني عنها إلا ما أثمر عندي العلم من خوف الله عز وجل. ابن الجوزي
Acute suppurative pericarditis
There is purulent exudate between the two layers of the pericardium and the visceral appear opaque rough necrotic putulent exudate
ولولا خطايا لا يخلو منها البشر، لقد كنت أخاف على نفسي من العجب. غير أنه عز وجل صانني، وعلمني، وأطلعني من أسرار العلم على معرفة، وإيثار الخلوة به، حتى إنه لو حضر معي معروف وبشر لرأيتهما زحمة.
Constrictive TB pericarditis
It is due to excessive fibrosis causing marked thickening of pericardium as several layers of fibrosis !

Multiple TB foci under pericardium and inside Myocardium

left atrial dilatation and McCallum patch
Percardium: Milk patches
Chronic Rehumatic valvulitis M,S and subacute bacterial endocarditis :
mitral valve : white thickened defromed fibrosed stenosed
Chorda tendinae : thick short
Vegetation : polypoid greyishbrown ,friable
percardium : thickened white opaque

ABE and spleen pyemic abscess with septic infarction

the vegetaion of ABE are bulky browin friable
whein it is segmented and go to spleen forming pymeic abscesss

Renal HTN with chronic pyelonephritis
Left ventricle thickened hypertrophied and the kideny contracted nodular surface atrophic cortex dilated calyces pylonephritis

1-Acute rehumatic valvulitits
1- the vegetaions are small pale arranged( beaded )and linear manner chorda tndinae good state
No calcification No Fibrosis No Deformity of valve\
acute> no infection on top of rheumatic vegetations

Acute bacertial endocarditis
The chorda tdninda is short \ the vegetation are bulky yellow friable the cusp is perfroated Nature of lesion \: acute suppurative inflammation

Aortic aneyrusm with laminated thrombosis
inner dark recent outer pale !

Syphilis casusing corrugation and wrinkling of the intima in arch and ascending aorta
