Can lead to infarction and necrosis if no surgical intervention given

Swelling of the pampiniform veins in the testes
Worrying if it occurs on the right as the only reasons it occurs on the right is either due to a malignancy or something blocking the right testicular vein
What is accessory breast tissue
Congenital condition where there is accessory breast tissue in addition to normal breast tissue
