What is the purpose of a Personal Fitness Plan?
To structure a plan that includes getting medical clearance, assessing oneself, setting goals, and choosing activities.
What does the acronym SMART stand for in goal setting?
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant & Time based.
What is the Principle of Overload?
