It provides a chance to nurture oneself and provides a sense of balance and self-esteem, which can directly reduce anxiety and depression.
Recreational Activities
Recreational activities can be grouped into two groups:
Indoor and outdoor
these are done under the comfort of one’s home or indoor facilities and it has the purpose of recreating the mind and soul.
Indoor Activities
Regular exercise or playing healthy games makes your heart muscles stronger and more efficient.
Heart and Circulartory System
Healthy Games strengthens your muscles, promotes its’ development and increases the efficiency. Stronger muscles lend better support to the joints.

The pores of the skin open up during exercise. The result is a healthier skin, because of more efficient disposal of impurities and dirt.

Laughter helps in producing endorphins (a chemical that gives the feeling of happiness) and that naturally help muscles to relax and blood to circulate which will evidently lower blood pressure.

Positive feelings and thoughts, like the laughter and enjoyment that always comes with game, improve immunity by releasing some chemicals that fight stress and boost the immune system.

While participating in a game, there is always a good amount of laughter. Laughing together and having fun can keep the person both happy and healthy.

While growing up, we often forget that our parents too are growing old. Often the family members have different schedules which pushes us in different directions. But playing games even for a short time is a perfect way to spend time together. We may not realize the importance but for them, it’s quality time and a priceless gift

Outdoor games help you to practice essential cognitive skills and enhance the parts of the brain responsible for complex thought and memory formation. Creative outdoor games help the brain retain and build cognitive associations.
