Physical Education
refers to the ability to perform daily tasks vigorously and alertly, with energy reserved forenjoying leisure time activities and meeting emergency demands
Physical fitness
the ability to move from one place or position to another

Legal basis:
the State shall promote physical education and encourage sports programs, league competitions, and amateur sports, including training for international competitions to foster self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence for the development of a healthy and alert citizenry.

2 components of Physical fitness
Health Related Fitness (HRF)
Skill Related Fitness (SRF)
refers on the natural health of the general welfare of a human body.
Health Related Fitness (HRF)
amount of bones, body fats, muscles, and organs
Body Composition
refers to the capacity of body in supplyng enough oxygen, during a continuous physical activity.
Cardiovascular endurance
refers to the range of motion of joints.
Flexibility
refers on thecapacity of muscle in releasing or exerting force.( all of us has muscular strength)
Muscular Strength
the capacity of muscles in forming a vigorous activity without having a fatigue.
Muscular Endurace
the soundness of heart and lungs
Organic vigor
extreme tiredness / muscle injuries
Fatigue
can be learned
Skill Related Fitness (SRF)
The capacity of a player to change position.
