What is the first cardinal rule for arriving aircraft?
Arriving aircraft will not be given clearance to land until all proceeding aircraft have taxied from or flown forward of the landing site.

Departing aircraft will not be cleared for departure until all preceding aircraft have flown clear of the forward landing point.
What is the third cardinal rule regarding sling load aircraft?
Never allow a sling load aircraft to fly over personnel, equipment, or another aircraft at any time.
