Croissant
Celebrating pur beurre. Natural and yeast leavened sourdough croissant laminated with Beurre d’Isigny St. Mère.
Choclate Croissant
Natural and yeast leavened sourdough croissant laminated with Beurre d’Isigny St. Mère and baked with 64% + 82% dark chocolates.
Canele
The traditional Bordeaux pastry. Custard base baked in a small fluted copper mold at a very high temperature results in a crispy, caramelized exterior with a creamy, custardy interior. Accented with orange zest and vanilla bean.
Pain aux Raisins
Our croissant dough spiraled with vanilla pastry cream and rum and spice soaked raisins.
Almond Croissant
Our croissants brushed with almond rum syrup and baked with citrus scented frangipane (almond cream) and slivered almonds.
Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant
Our chocolate croissants twice baked with blackcurrant jam and chocolate hazelnut frangipane (hazelnut almond cream). Topped with toasted hazelnuts, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Seasonal Scone
Flaky & tender butter scone made with sourdough starter, buttermilk, oat & buckwheat flours. Choice fruits, herbs, and accents selected for seasonality.

Seasonal Muffin (gluten free)
Tender breakfast muffin with a choice selection of seasonal fruit (currently banana chocolate chip walnut). Gluten free but sure doesn’t taste so!

Danish
Seasonal and rotating filled croissant diamond. Always using our own house jams, custards, roasted vegetables, or confit tomatoes.
Current Sweet Danish: vanilla pastry cream, Meyer lemon Rosemary marmalade, pistachios
Current Savory Danish: Ramp Swirl Danish - croissant dough twisted with ramps filled with lemony ricotta and chili garlic oil
Ramp = wild leek or spring onion
Chocolate Chip Cookie
An updated classic with white miso and a touch of cinnamon for depth. Studded with 64% and 72% chocolate chips.
Ingredients: butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, cake flour, bread flour, 64% chocolate chips, 72% chocolate, white miso (fermented soybean paste), vanilla extract, cinnamon
