You put an É instead of the the ER (eg. Manger = Mangé)
How do you form a past participle of an IR ending verb?
You remove the R but keep the I (eg. finir = fini)
How do you form a past participle of an RE ending verb?
You remove the RE and replace it with the U (eg. répondre = répondu)
What are the main irregular past participles?
Prendre (pris), faire (fait), boire (bu), voir (vu), lire (lu), pouvoir (pu), vouloir (voulu)
