  1. Auditory hallucinations (2+ voices discussing them, thought echo, running commentary)
  2. thought disorder (insertion, withdrawl, broadcasting)
  3. delusional perceptions (normal stimulus leads to delusional insight e.g. delusions of reference)
  4. passivity phenomena - bodily sensations being controlled/actions/impulses/feelngs are being imposed
