How do you differentiate epidiymo-orchitis from testicular torsion?
Epididymo-orchitis often has pyrexia and positive urine dip
What infection can orchitis typically be associated with?
Typically with mumps viral infection

Seminoma and non seminomas

Can indicate renal tract cancer

‘Clear cell’ - cells have a clear cytoplasm with small nuclei
