Seat Loaded Items
Only 3 allowed per flight; must be belted in a PURCHASED window seat beside owner; cannot obstruct view of signs
Pet Policy
Cats and dogs only ( at least 8 weeks old); 2 pets per cabin NO BULKHEAD SEATING
Special Service Animals
Not required to be in carrier; must have proper ID; recorded on weight and balance form
What do you do during a ground delay?
COMMUNICATE with gate agent, pilot, and PAX every 15min; tray service after 45-90min
Return to Gate Procedure
Compliance must be done again; if new PAX board, conduct safety demo again
Ferry Flight
Crew is flown to location with no PAX
Exit Seat Program
Present card (PAX must touch it); get verbal confirmation
Four Point Briefing
- route to closest floor level exit
- locations of other exits
- how may I assist you
- when to start moving
Who gets the 4 Point Briefing?
Special assistance, disabled, UNMR, parents of infants
Disabled Customers
CANNOT sit at exit seats; can preboard, no supplemental oxygen allowed
Lap Child
Infants 2 days-2 years old; 1 per person; must have life vest
UNMR
Ages 5-11; T502 forms worn at all times
