- Check charts affected against ship portfolio
- Enter n to m number in chart correction log
- Assemble charts
- Check last correction has been done
- Complete the correction
- Enter N to M number in bottom left corner of chart
- Update chart correction log

• Note T and P on the chart in pencil.
