An interjection expresses strong emotion.
What is a proper noun?
Proper nouns are always capitalized. They name something specific.
What is a common noun?
common nouns are never capitalized. They name something general, not specific.
What is an Absrtact noun?
Abstract nouns are something you can’t hear, see, smell, or touch.
What is a concrete noun?
Concrete noun describes things that can be seen, or touched.
What is an action verb?
An action verb tells what the subject is doing.
What are linking verbs (to be)?
Linking verbs connects a subject to a noun or an adjective.
What are helping verbs?
Helping verbs help the main verb express tense and voice.
